The NWT Judo Association is funded by the Government of Canada’s Community Services Recovery Fund to adapt equitable policies into actionable and trained processes for our employees, directors and volunteers. 

 

Our ongoing project with Canadian Women in Sport serves to review policies and procedures through a lens of Gender Equity. Through the Playbook Project, we assess our organizations’ Gender Equity status and devise an action plan to implement the recommendations made, using the resources provided by Canadian Women in Sport
