FAMILY JUDO
Saturdays 9:15 - 10am
Our family Judo program is designated for ages 3 to 6 accompanied by a parent or guardian who are interested in learning judo through fun and interactive games.
This program is offered in collaboration with the City of Yellowknife. All participants must be registered with the City of Yellowknife as well as with the NWT Judo Association.

INTRODUCTION TO JUDO
Saturdays 10 - 11:30am
Our Introduction to Judo program is designated for ages 7 to 12 years old. This program provides the opportunity for beginners to fall in love with the sport. Take the time to learn judo basics, such as ukemi (breakfalls) and newaza (ground technique) through fun and interactive games.
This program is offered in collaboration with the City of Yellowknife. All participants must be registered with the City of Yellowknife as well as with the NWT Judo Association.

EARLY DISMISSAL HALF DAY CAMP
We provide a half day camp service every Thursday, as schools end early, for young students needing care until 4:00pm. During this half day camp, students have the opportunity to eat their lunch and snacks, watch a movie, and of course practice judo.
Drop off is from 12pm until 1pm and everyone must be picked up by 4pm.

PD DAY CAMP
Our multi-sport PD day camps are designed to be a fun and engaging way to be introduced to judo while also participating in a number of other activities.

NWT Judo strives to increase the physical activity of people throughout the territory with Judo, and is dedicated to developing judoka from grassroots to high performance athletes. We work to provide a fun learning atmosphere both in the school system, specifically throughout the Dehcho District, as well as hubs in Yellowknife and Inuvik.
